Weekday Private Afternoon Party

Available:

Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Cost:

$280.00 for 8 children

Additional children $30.00 per child.

Package includes:

• Standard Party Options with no general public entry permitted during party booking

 

Table Booking Only

If you would like to reserve a table in the cafè to celebrate your child’s birthday or a special occasion, 

please contact us.

No minimum numbers required. You are welcome to bring a cake (cakeage $15). No other food or drink is permitted

to be brought into the Cafe.

Party Information

• To confirm a party, a deposit of $100 is required. This deposit is non- refundable within 30 days of party date.
• Confirmation of party guest numbers, special diets and parent’s platters is required 5 days prior to the
    party date.
• A guest list is required for your party to enable iPlay staff to welcome your guests at the door.
• Birthday cakes can be brought in, or iPlay can arrange a birthday cake for a fee.
• Lolly bags can be brought in and handed out at the end of the party as guests are leaving, or iPlay can arrange   
    lolly bags for a fee.
• No other food or drink can be brought into iPlay.
• All accounts must be settled on the day by cash or credit card. No refunds are given for guests that are a
    “no show”. A credit card will be requested by staff on arrival to hold until the account is paid.
• All attending adults are admitted free and siblings not attending the party will be charged the normal iPlay
    entry fee.  Adults are responsible to supervise children as per normal iPlay Conditions of Entry during and at
    all times whilst in the centre.
• Play time is unlimited after the 1 1/2 hour party room booking and parents are requested to find alternative
    seating in the café so the party room can be cleaned and set up for the next party.
• All children must wear socks for hygiene and safety reasons. Socks can be purchased at iPlay.
• One of our roving staff will serve your party’s food and help with the cake. If you would prefer to have a staff
    member stay for the duration of your party and assist with activities, please organise this with the iPlay
    Manager when booking your party. There is an additional charge for party staff hosts.
• Parents are reminded that we require all parents to supervise their children at all times whilst in the play café.
• The iPlay Café will not be held responsible for missing presents or shoes.
• We want you to have a great party at iPlay Café & Play Centre so if you have any feedback on our service please
    let us know immediately. We are extremely accommodating, and want your party guests and most importantly
    your child, to have a fantastic time.
